Quantum Electronics is the English edition of the Russian journal Kvantovaya Elektronika, founded in 1971, by the Nobel Prize laureate, Nikolay G Basov, and publishing letters, articles, dicussions, and reviews in all aspects of laser research and its applications. The journal editorial board and council consist of more than 40 eminent Russian experts and well-known scientists from Armenia, Belarus, Ukraine and Uzbekistan, and specialists from 25 countries write for the journal.

website has been launched and features:
