New to IOP – Free access in 2008
IOP is pleased to make Communications in Theoretical Physics (CTP) available to the international research community on behalf of the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Science and the Chinese Physical Society.

Founded in 1982, CTP is devoted to reporting important new developments in the area of theoretical physics. Papers published are devoted to the fields of atomic and molecular physics, condensed matter and theory of statistical physics, nuclear theory, fluid theory and plasmas, elementary particle physics and quantum field theory, quantum mechanics and quantum optics, theoretical astrophysics, cosmology and relativity as well as interdisciplinary areas such as biophysics and computational physics.

The journal is published monthly.
